Director/Producer/Writer: Katie Cooper

Katie has a passion for creating strong first-person stories and is most interested in the topics of Human Rights, Mental Health, and Theology.

She graduated with honours from Film at Humber College in Toronto and has worked as a Camera Operator, Negative Cutter, Editor and Teacher. Katie’s short film “easy as pi” was an official selection for Air Canada’s enRoute Entertainment and Scinema Film Festival in Australia as well as a regular on Movieola TV. She also enjoyed broadcast success with her first public service announcement that she directed, wrote and produced for the Anxiety Disorders Association of Canada.

Editor: Jordan Fisher

Jordan is a recent graduate of Humber College’s Film and Media Production and works as a freelance editor, videographer and photographer. His previous degree in Communications and Psychology provided a good background and understanding for the subject matter of “In The Spotlight.” Currently, Jordan works at GTA Photography Camps as a Youth Instructor and is excited about the prospect of working on a professional set.
